Read comments of how suction was improved when installing this part, and didn't take too much with it. However, upon installing this piece into my vac, I most CERTAINLY noticed an increase in suction power and I have to give this my full approval.

Perfect copy of the original.....Will not work an Oreck xl21 upright though as they are not interchangeable.

Took a little longer to change out, but having to disassemble the machine didnt go very quickly, and then reassembly took even longer.

My Oreck XL fan motor got all chewed up by some screws that got sucked up and stuck inside the motor area. This replacement worked perfectly. I just wish I realized sooner that the nut holding it on was reverse threaded before wasting too much time trying to get it off.

This fan blade may be out of balance for the high speed it will see in the appliance.Vibration noticed. But it still worked fine.
