Good quality - I believe made in Austria. Used for stacking, grabbing and holding wood whilst chopping. Happy with the product. Basically a wood ice axe. 🪓

Après avoir pendant plusieurs années utilisé une serpe, il a fallu un accident qui a failli me coûter un doigt pour que je passe sur ce type de produit.En plus d’être beaucoup plus safe il existe différentes tailles, du coup, j’ai moins à me baisser, mais pour ceux qui font du bois ça à son intérêt.

Very expensive tool for it not to work. Will not penetrate oak splits unless at the end grain.Head is not replaceable and tip needs sharpening.Do not sharpen to a point. Look at your pulp hook and sharpen it like that.

For some reason I had never heard of this tool, even though I have been cutting and hauling my own firewood and clearing woods for over fifteen years. But I stumbled across it and thought it made sense, so I ordered one. I've had the pick for a few months and it is a perfect tool - it does what it is supposed do efficiently. Picking up rounds? Grab one end with the pick and haul it up into your arms. Moving a big log? Use the pick and your WHOLE BODY, not just your back, will move it. Lightweight, simple, tough - I can find nothing wrong and everything right with this pick.

Parfait. Je mesure 5,5' et lorsque je fais mon bois de chauffage, je n’ai pas besoin de me pencher! La pointe pénètre très bien dans la bûche et même si celle-ci est gelée! #1

Optik: man sieht dem Sappie die Qualität an. Kann Oregon nicht, ist aber wohl baugleich mit OchsenkopfHaptik: liegt gut in der Hand, der Griff ist aus sehr griffigem sich gut anfühlenden Gummi. Auch ohne Handschuhe angenehm in der Hand.Pro: perfekte Ergonomie bei einer Körpergrösse von 175 cm. Ab 180 cm sollte man ein längeres Sappie nehmen um sich nicht immer ein Stück bücken zu müssen.Contra: keine
