I replaced the Cinelli LA bars on my Gitane fixie after many years of use. After trying inverted handlebar moustache bars which felt too wobbly, I opted for the Original 8 Bullhorns (and upgraded stem). Although the rise is a bit shorter than my LA's the 400mm width was perfect. The bars seem of great quality for the price and with the added addition of the Hafny mirror, my Gitane is good to go another 50 years.

The Origin8 Bullhorn Handlebar in Black is an exceptional choice for cyclists seeking enhanced comfort and control on their rides. Here's why I highly recommend it:Pros:Comfortable Riding Position: The bullhorn design offers a more upright riding position compared to traditional drop handlebars. This position reduces strain on the back and shoulders, making long rides more comfortable and enjoyable.Improved Control: The wider grip area provides excellent leverage and control, especially during sprints or when navigating through traffic. It offers a stable and responsive feel, enhancing overall handling and maneuverability.Sleek Aesthetic: The black finish adds a sleek and stylish look to any bike. It complements a variety of bike styles and colors, giving your ride a modern and refined appearance.Durable Construction: Made from high-quality materials, the Origin8 Bullhorn Handlebar is built to withstand the demands of cycling. It offers reliable performance and durability, even under rigorous riding conditions.Cons:Limited Hand Positions: Some riders may miss the multiple hand positions offered by drop handlebars. However, the ergonomic design of the bullhorn handlebar still provides a comfortable grip for most riding situations.Overall, the Origin8 Bullhorn Handlebar is an excellent upgrade for cyclists looking to improve comfort and control on their bikes. Whether commuting in the city or cruising on the open road, this handlebar delivers a smooth and stable riding experience.

I installed this pursuit handlebar on a newly custom-built 'experimental' steel fixed gear frame, running it as a single-speed with Tektro RX 4.1 and taped with Supacaz kush tapes. I've since cold-storaged my alu Monstercross to ride this every time. The only drawback for me is there less than sufficient markings on the handlebar to center it to your stem, but one can easily make it work with a measuring tape.

Wow! Great quality especially for such a low price. The outer grip areas are textured paint while the middle area is glossy. You can probably get away with not wrapping it but I like grip and cushion so Iām wrapping mine. Very light weight, not bent or defective in any way. Highly recommend

Got this bar as I needed one that could take the Tektro RX 5.0 Carbon Reverse Levers. It's a quality bar. But know that this will not fit into a 25.4mm stem clamp. I had to get a new stem that was precisely a 26mm clamp. With that, it works like a charm. Oh, and as you can see from the photos, my SA shifter would not fit this bar, so I had to get an extender mount to put the shifter on (threw my light out there too). Didn't want to at first, but now I dig it. Really frees up the entire bar for my hands.

Only 3 stars because critical information about the grip diameter was not provided in the description of this product. I need a bullhorn handlebar that has a 31.88mm stem clamp and 22.3mm shifter/brake clamp diameter. Nice product, but I'm still shopping for the right fit. Had info about the shifter/brake clamp diameter been included in the description, I could have avoided a rather useless purchase.

good product.. very light and durable bullhorn handlebars. not much else to say, easy to install. not a bike expert, but savvy enough to problem solve.. only issue i had was making sure the brake levers did fit around the bars.. had to replace for longer screws to lock down brake levers. overall, good product, affordable, and would gladly purchase again!!!

I previously had drop handlebars and considering I am mostly using my bike for commuting I noticed I was never in the drops, so I picked up these BullHorns. They are perfect. I like feel, the size, and the look. They seem strong and I love the ability they give me to get leverage up hills. They get the job done for me and they look good.

I bought this to replace the stock handlebar on my single speed. The moment I rode the bike with the new bullhorns, I noticed a huge difference. This handlebar gave me a significantly improved feeling of control over my bike while also being extremely durable.Pros:1) Great size. Obviously this is a subjective opinion, but in my experience, 40cm is a perfect width for fixies or single speeds. It keeps my arms tight to my body and forces my weight to remain closer to the midline of the bike. I think this is one of the big reasons I feel so much more in control. I'm 5'5", 125lbs, and I wouldn't change this size AT ALL.2) Good horn angle. The last bullhorn handlebar I had had a much steeper angle to the horns, leaving me feeling very uncomfortable during rides. This angle is perfect to keep my butt on the back of my seat, while also remaining horizontal enough to have great control of turning.3) Durable. After installing on my bike, I've made sure to take note every time my bike's fallen over or been nicked. This handlebar still looks new, despite being the point of impact when my bike falls over. Also, I store my bike in a closet sometime, and the door has "accidentally" caught the handlebar in the doorway a few times; still no dents/dings. I should note that I covered this handlebar with bike tape the day I installed it. So that probably helps protect it substantially.Cons:1) Paint chips. I'm assuming this is an aluminum alloy painted with varying colors. I purchased black to match my bike, and the parts of the handlebar that are not covered by tape have a few, very small nicks and scratches in the paint from day-to-day wear and tear.2) Does not come with end-caps. The ends of the handlebar are open, since the handlebar is hollow, and the handlebar did not come with caps for the holes. Luckily, I had a bunch from past handlebars laying around, but be ready to buy some if you don't already have them.Overall, I really had a tough time trying to think of any cons of this handlebar. In my experience, it has been one of the best additions to my daily commuter bike and looks great too. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a handlebar for their fixie or single speed. I would not advise it for a geared road bike, since I cannot imagine that shifting would be comfortable with it.Best of all, this price is UNBEATABLE. I visited 4 local bike stores (2 mom and pop shops, 1 large bike store that is a national chain, and walmart/target) and none of them had any better options at this price. The closest thing I found was $20 more expensive and weighed at least a few grams more. This is going to be one of the best prices for quality you can find.
