Installation Precautions:
1. Check whether the product is in good condition and test it before installation. Do not remove protective film or labels during testing. Watch out for static issues.
2. The screen is glass, which is a very fragile product. Testing before installation is strongly recommended
3. Do not bend the cable. During installation and testing, make sure the LCD cable is not bent. Curvatures greater than 90 degrees will result in a black view.
4. If your phone has a black screen during installation, press and hold the power key and volume key at the same time. If the phone vibrates, it's because the mainline is not installed properly. Then reinstall the product.
5. If you are not professional in maintenance, or have no experience in repairing electronic equipment, we do not recommend you to replace the screen by yourself. Take it to a repair shop for help to save you time and money. Or find the relevant installation video on the YouTube platform and follow the installation steps to install.

Not what was promised. Installs to pixel 7 fine - but not original part at all. Much lower resolution/picture quality, as well as visible/operational portion smaller than original. Adhesive provided is also crap. Don't bother, spend the (ifixit) extra or it's just time to upgrade.

The screen itself worked well. The fingerprint reader transferred without issue and the camera stabilizer also. The adhesive they give you to put the screen back on the phone is in strips so you're never going to get a good seal. I would go so far as to say you should be careful it might fall off in a few days.

Havent tested yet, just opened the box for the Pixel 7 Screen. Did not come with repair tools, as advertised. I wont sweat the $2-3 of cheap tools, I have better ones anyway, just a QA thing really. Will test the screen and update my review later, but for now, 4 stars.

I had no problems getting it to work my problem is I lost the little metal clip that holds the ok lug down but other than that fingerprint scanner works fine

The fingerprint does work, you have to install the drivers from google and reinstall the software from a pc, worked like a charm! just google it

The replacement of this screen was a reasonably easy procedure. Except for transfering the finger print sensor from the old screen to the new.I didn't manage to get that working. After trying to reconnect it a couple of times, the fragile connector broke. It's a pity, but not a major issue for me.The included screen protector is useless because it covers the front camera. I had included a set of other screen protectors in my buy and initially applied one of those. But it rendered my pixel in a pure frustration device. Even with the 'screen protector sensitivity setting' turned on. After I removed that screen protector, the phone works and feels as before. It was a bit of a shot it the dark, but I'm definitely happy that I went for this option (instead of buying a new phone)I recommend this replacement screen. It's a good value for money as it repairs the phone as basically new. The only negative aspects are the inclusion of unnecessary screw drivers and useless screen protector

The description doesn't say that this screen doesn't have the finger print sensor. It makes people think this is a direct replacement for pixel 7 screen, but actually missing one very important feature. I can't open each of my app by typing the long password, I need the finger print sensor. See the picture which shows side by side my old pixel 7 oringal screen (left) and this product (right). You can see clearly that the finger print sensor is missing. Plus the camera aligner is missing too. I tested the screen which works but I didn't finally install it as I will return it, so can't comment on whether the installation will fit well or not. Overall, very disappointed. iFixit sells the genuine Google pixel 7 screen (with the finger print sensor of cause) at the same price. I picked this produt just to same several day shipping time, but eventually waisted time. A bad decision.
