The o-rings are smaller than the originals and won’t stay in place when installing the filter housing . Bottom line is that the ones I received were not useable, I’ll be returning them.

So I compared this to the original O Ring and the diameter is slightly smaller. Not sure if the old one swelled up (It was leaking) over the past 8 years it has been in place and went through four filter changes. I installed it anyway and it is holding pressure with zero leaks so I am happy

The o ring was right dimensions to fit but not thick enough and would not seal my maxwater brand big blue filters. Very unfortunate.

The diameter is fine, but the ring is way too thin, so it doesn’t seal properly. The ring thickness is only approximately 1/8” not 3/16” as required for the big blue filter housing. There’s an answered question approx 8 months that states the ring is 3/16” which is the reason I bought these. So, total waste !!

The item arrived well packaged, but it did not come in the box as shown in the picture. there was no box, it just comes in a plastic bag.
