Excellent quality but too small for cabin size airplane companies. Returned it and got the Daylite 26+6 instead.

I wanted something that was minimalist, low-key, well made, but also flexible enough to bring for work travel or a weekend trip. This bag is it! Some great features including a well protected laptop compartment and a spacious main compartment. A few hidden zippered pockets as well. Excited to use this for years to come. The only features I wish this bag had was a side water bottle pocket and more padding on the bottom of the main compartment. Not a big deal as the laptop compartment has a false bottom and is well protected, but if I wanted to carry any electronics in the main compartment, i would need to be careful setting my bag down anywhere hard.

If you're in the market for a backpack that combines understated elegance with practical functionality, look no further than this gem I recently discovered. Crafted from high-quality materials, this backpack exudes class while promising durability to withstand the rigors of everyday use.One of the first things that impressed me about this backpack is its deceptive spaciousness. Despite its sleek and minimalist design, it holds far more than meets the eye, making it ideal for both daily commutes and weekend getaways. Whether I'm packing my laptop, books, or a change of clothes, there's always ample room to spare. But what truly sets this backpack apart are its well-placed pockets. From designated compartments for my laptop and water bottle to convenient zippered pockets for smaller essentials, everything has its place, keeping me organized and my belongings easily accessible. It's these thoughtful details that make traveling with my essentials a breeze, whether I'm navigating city streets or airport terminals. Moreover, the backpack's understated aesthetic adds a touch of sophistication to any ensemble, making it suitable for both professional and casual settings. Whether I'm heading to the office or meeting friends for brunch, this backpack effortlessly complements my style without sacrificing practicality. In summary, if you're seeking a backpack that marries timeless elegance with everyday functionality, this is the one for you. With its high-quality materials, surprisingly spacious interior, and well-placed pockets, it's a must-have accessory for anyone on the go.

I have to say that this is really the best briefcase that I have found. Please understand that this is not a formal leather or "highly executive" backpack. It definitely has a nice color to it, it holds it's briefcase shape well (I was concerned it would look more rounded, like a true backpack, but it does not), and the various carrying options make this idea for the executive on the go. I use the should strap walking in the city, the handle in the office and the backpack straps through the airport or train station. It really handles everything perfectly. Some of the other reviews indicate that people don't like that the largest compartment is a single compartment with no dividers or sections. I actually like this the best - because I tend to carry my accessories in pouches of their own. Having this large unstructured compartment means that I can make it exactly what I want it to be. I tend to have a cord case, business card holder, notebook in a padfolio, and various folders. They all fit perfectly. With the small laptop in the front pocket, I have a briefcase that can handle every situation I find myself in at work. While having this briefcase only a short while, I have received many compliments about the professional appearance, questions about where I got it, and I have made several referalls already - which I don't usually do.

I am an Osprey fan in general but do not typically use a backpack for work because I prefer something that looks a bit more professional. When I travel, I need versatility and function because sometimes I need a backpack and sometimes that's too casual and would prefer a crossbody. Until I ran across this bag, I didn't think such a thing existed. Also, backpacks and skirts/dresses don't mix well which is another big reason I use them in limited situations. A crossbody fixes any potential wardrobe malfunctions. All that being said, I'm obsessed with this bag. I use it for work, I use it for travel (personal and work). While it's not the sexiest bag of the bunch it is functional and does more than I have ever found in another bag. Being able to switch between crossbody and backpack carrying is an absolute game changer for me.Pros:- It fits a small (14") laptop, ipad, magazines, and various other carryon essential items with plenty of space to spare. Depending on what I'm doing when I land, I normally put one of my normal purses inside that I can pull out when I land and leave my luggage and Osprey with the bell man. Even doing that, I still have plenty of room.- While this bag is roomy, it's not massive and cumbersome. It's still a pretty slim profile.- Zippers are good quality.- Carrying handles on the top and side so you can handle regardless of which configuration you're using.- Very lightweight bag that is comfortable to wear- My husband loved this bag so much when he saw me using it that he ordered one of his own.- Passthrough sleeve on the back to secure to luggage handle. It sits upright on a carryon very securelyCons:- The pockets are downright annoying. I have gotten used to them but the middle is a giant open space which is normally fine. However, the very front pocket is really small and the medium pocket has so much space that it's difficult to keep things organized. I lose small items all the time into the void, even if I try to keep them in the smaller organizer pockets. There's just not enough of them and depending if you're using this as a crossbody vs. backpack, things can be at very awkward angles. I've gotten used to it but it is an annoyance- In an effort to stay organized, I do probably put more than I should in the medium and front pockets which can really imbalance the bag if you don't have the main compartment filled. The medium and small pockets can start flopping around with just a bit of weight. I wish they were a bit sturdier because contents can spill out really easily.- There is no expansion zipper. I've been ok without it but it would be really handy in some situations.- There are no outside pockets to stash a water bottle. Normally I can put it inside the main compartment because I have room but it makes accessing it tricky at times. While the bag is not perfect, it does make up for it in functionality and versatility. This has replaced other work bags that I tried to make work (mostly shoulder bags) and has solved the problem when there's extra weight from a laptop, etc. I definitely recommend.
