Good product and very easy to use. After breaking two of the provided bolts I had to order some grade 12.9 m6 bolts to get the job done. Worked great after that

Haven't used this thing yet but as soon as I got it put it on my 1996 Artic Cat EXT fly wheel and it fit purfectly with a 6 mm bolt! I wasn't even sure what type of bolt I was to use? Comes with lots of 6 mm and a set of 8's. To my surprise the it fit exactly through the drilled holes of the puller. This thing is a strong chunk of metal. Very impressive!

This is a very strong puller. I tried taking off my flywheel with a cheaper puller and the puller split/cracked. This puller got my flywheel off in no time.

OTC tool is similar if not identical to the Polaris branded tool, at slightly lesser cost. Can't be beat for pulling Polaris flywheels. The center puller element is precision machined, very thick, strong steel with a premium Cadmium plated finish. The bolts and center extractors appear to be hardened steel, with a black oxide finish. This tool isn't cheaply priced, but it is well made and functions very well. If you own and work on several Polaris ATVs or snowmobiles, this tool is a MUST. We tried to use a generic flywheel/harmonic damper puller but the tool failed, and didn't loosen the flywheel at all - it had been in place for some 26 years. The flywheel was off in less than a minute (from start to finish) - after we used this tool with an impact wrench.

Bit pricey, but what a beast.. One hit and the flywheel fell right off.. Stripped out 2 cheaper pullers.. If only I found this 1st

Arrived on time and as described.I was a little nervous at first as my Quad needed a Puller that was Model Specific.Worked perfectly on my 2007 Polaris Sportsman 500, Fuel injected, H/O.

oh good god finally!!!! I bought the cheaper one and it just bent. This one did the trick. My bolts were right at the outside, so i had to attach my chain wrench around the puller and bolts to hold it all together but FINALLY i got that dang pulley off.

This is about as simple and straight-forward as it gets. Although not the factory-designed and issued tool for Polaris ATV's, this works exceptionally well. Nothing appears to be strained or stressed during the removal process. Actually, it's a little boring. I used this to pull the flywheel off of the crankshaft of my 1999 Polaris Xplorer 400. I had tried about everything else, spending hours in the process. This tool easily bolted to the flywheel with the hardened bolts (included) that fit my particular needs. It also comes with two large bolts, of different lengths, to fit the center hole. After snugging all the bolts, I used my 1/2" battery-powered impact wrench to slowly turn the center bolt. The flywheel was easily removed with this process, and it took almost no time. The entire kit comes in a black plastic molded box. The only thing you need is a few minutes and the proper tools to turn the large bolts. No instructions are included, but you shouldn't need any.

Worked perfectly for a Polaris Sportsman that I needed to remove the flywheel. Plus I received it next day. Amazon and this tool saved the day.
