This hasp fits perfectly on my 20 year old Rubbermaid shed. The hole to put a pad lock in is a bit small and tight, I have a Master Lock pad lock on mine. The old one which broke had lots of play for the padlock to be maneuvered around. The new one is extremely tight, but it does work, maybe after a while it will loosen up with repeated moving of the padlock in the hole of the hasp.

Expensive but a perfect fit for my rubbermade. Could not find a replacement anywhere else and this worked perfectly.
