This carbon transfer paper is pure --it. It doesn't transfer anything onto wood or paper. Useless crap. Thanks again china, I'm guessing.

Not sure if my photo does it justice. I used the paper along with tracing paper to transfer my design onto a canvas that I had already painted (acrylic). Since my background is dark I bought the white transfer paper. The paper and tools they provided did the trick and the markings are very clear.

I bought this product to use to trace a design onto black fabric for embroidering. Maybe it was my technique, maybe it was the fabric—idk. But it took some serious force in tracing to get any of the white to transfer at all. I didn’t expect a beautiful crisp line from an amazon product under $20 but i was hoping to at least not have to squint to see any of the pattern! My recommendation would be to use this tracing paper in conjunction with a white pencil or marker of some kind so you can go over it after tracing with something that doesn’t smudge as easily. Still not bad for the price though.

I bought these to trace design on Walnut wood, I do silver wire inlay. Unfortunately, this just does not show up on a dark wood surface. Nothing wrong with the product, just doesn't meet my needs.

I used this Outus paper under a drawing in order to transfer a complicated pattern to dark fabric. The stylus that was included in the kit made that process easier than I expected. Some of the points are tiny and can handle a lot of detail.In the past, I have used chalk pens on my art quilts with a lot of success and hoped this transfer paper would be a similar experience. It was! The transfer can be removed easily with eraser or water. In my case, I was quilting over the lines and they were gradually worn away by the continued handling. I do keep a chalk pen nearby in case I need to refresh the marks. My design was rather long but I was able to carefully shift the paper several times, reusing it with no problem, and not disturb the pattern layout. This is a plus and a wonderful option when a light box won't work.

Purchased to transfer embroidery patterns onto dark cotton quilting fabric - perfect for the job. Marks wear off after sewing, making this ideal for Sashiko and applique pieces. The set of embossing tools are a brilliant extra making transfer precise and accurate. Delighted with it - just what I wanted.
