Love the ability to disconnect my hose from my tanks. I don’t have much space as it is and it’s a piece of cake to use these connections. Absolutely love their quality and how hearty they are. They have performed great and are easy to use!

These imported quick connections are exact copies of the high dollar American versions. They are completely interchangeable with the other versions performing identically. Just thread on the oxygen and the reverse thread acetylene connections—males on torch, females on supply, using some gas rated thread tape and you’re ready to go

Great addition to a cutting set. This will allow you to have a quick connect/disconnect feature for your cutting head or a quick release for your hoses at the regulator end. The threads match the appropriate hose thread (left hand/right hand) and the internal mechanism on the female end seals when the pieces are separated to keep gas from escaping or debris from getting into the hoses.

I always prefer using my own tools. As a professional automotive technician working in a shop I share a torch set among other technicians and it always seems like it is messed up when I go to use it. My solution to this problem is a set of quick connects. I can use my torch and then switch it back easily so I can easily use my own torch. I have two sets of these so I could accomplish this. The quick connects are very well made with a very nice finish. They work incredibly well and install very easily. The connection is leak free and releases very easily, but not easily enough to be bumped loose. 5 stars for quality and value. 5 stars

Doesn't work valve side like I wanted because of the valve setup I have on my portable kit. They work fine on my torch side. The male threads on the fuel connector needed to be filed down because they were not cut nicely. It wouldn't even screw onto the hose because of misc burrs and gouges. Almost looked like someone stopped mid thread reversed out and started again at an angle. I should taken a picture but I had already repaired it by the time I remembered to snap a photo.These are a blatant Keiko (Made in Japan) copies with no attempt to improve AND they are barely any less $$$. What's the point of buying these idk. I'd say buy the brand name unless the price on these go to about half of the genuine connectors. Even then I'm reluctant to recommend these because the quality is inferior and It's not right to just blatantly copy a companies product and put them out of business. Especially a Japanese company who did (from my understanding) all the r&d and development of these connectors and brought them to market. The reputation of those connectors is impeccable. If this company designs a connector themselves and brings it to market, that's a different thing.If I copy a pair of Nikes and try to sell them, I would be thrown into prison. Which probably is the more correct thing to do, rather than letting inferior clones to populate the marketplace scot-free. I can't recommend these sorry. A line needs to be drawn

There are some occasions when I need to transport my torch set to another location and doing so with the cart I have is not practical. These quick disconnects make things so much easier, since I can simply disconnect the hoses from the tanks making it easy to then move the tanks around one at a time. The disconnects are beautifully made and nicely machined. I like the attention to detail in the design like clearly marking the left hand threaded fittings just like my hoses as well as color coding with the materials finishes used. Not surprised but pleasantly surprised that there is no way to accidentally cross connect the hose fittings into the wrong quick connect. I tried them both ways and its just not possible. The quick connects click in precisely so there is no doubt the hose has been connected and disconnect easily while still requiring it to be a deliberate act which minimizes the chance it happening on accident. Definitely a great way to make it so you can remove the hoses from a torch set quick, easy and safely.
