fit my 2014 e450 box truck. Hardest part was finding the connector which is at the top behind the cubby on drivers side.

Purchased and installed for a brake controller in my Class C, made for a nice 15 minute install of the brake controller....until the troubleshooting started. Turns out, the wires did not match up with the Ford harness. Spent a bit of time carefully removing/relocating the pins so that they would work correctly with the vehicle as the pwer wires did not line up with the power wires on the ford connector (verified ford side was wired correctly with a diagram online). Get that all buttoned up still to find the brake controller wouldn't turn on. Turns out the other end of the cable wasn't making good contact with the pins in the brake controller. Luckily the brake controller came with a pigtail (verified to be the same connector PN on the harness as on the OEM pigtail). Cut and spliced the pigtail from the OEM onto the harness and finally had a working setup. Bought this as opposed to the Tekonsha harness to save a few bucks and get faster shipping but ended up turning a 15 minute job into several hours. Had to rewire both ends of the harness at the end of the day. Should have just spent the extra 5 bucks for the other Harness.....

I went by yawls recommendation with the brake controller and the wire harness for it. I ended up having to pay a mechanic to hard wire the wire harness to my Jayco Redhawk 2021C class RV. It took me almost a week to try to figure out why the brakes were not coming on my trailer And after 2 1/2 hours with a mechanic who took the time to trace all the wires from the dash to the plug, he determined it was the wrong harness that was recommended by someone on this page. Anyway, it cost me $120 which I felt was very reasonable for the time this mechanic who came to my house to fix the problem. so in saying this, if your brakes don’t work is probably the cable hook up.

Good value, plug and play, brake controller works great with this loom.I could have easily hard wired the controller but this harness plugged in in seconds for a factory type fit. The time savings alone paid for the purchase.
