I decided to give this a try to eliminate odors in a couple of places at work and home. In that regard it seems to work really well.The build quality is really nice; metal construction, quality knob and good weight. Super simple to operate; just set it on a stable surface, plug it in, set the timer and leave. Allow the room to ventilate well and when you return, odors are indeed gone.So far I've used it in our work men's room, a supply room at work, and a mud room at home where we often keep our dogs.So, in that regard it seems to be well built and works really well, really fast.HOWEVER, I don't think they've done enough to warn users of potential risks. Be sure and Google, ChatGPT or otherwise research using a device like this.Do not be in the building/structure at all while this thing is operating and once it's done, ventilate the area well. Do not think you can put this in a room, shut the door and still be in another room. If you do, you will soon smell a chlorine or metal like smell, you'll notice the oxygen levels drop and many people will develop headaches, dizziness and fatigue. Also, the particles created can irritate your throat and lungs and make asthma conditions worse.MOST IMPORTANT is the danger to pets. Many pets, especially birds, can be killed by even a brief use of this device.When we used it in our mud room (where our dogs often stay). We set it for only 20 minutes and did it on a day we were out of the house with the dogs all afternoon. When the 20 minutes was done, I opened all the windows and ventilated the room. The dogs were not allowed back into the house at all until 4 hours had passed. We didn't allow them in the mud room for an entire day. And yes, the pet odors were completely gone from the room - so it worked great. You just must use precaution. We also have two cockatiels. We only use it inside the house when my wife is taking the birds with her for the weekend to our grandkids home. In the men's room at work and the supply room, it did wonders - all smells completely gone.So, yes, it works great. Just use extremely caution and don't expose humans or animals to the unit while it is running or for several hours after it has finished and the area has been ventilated.With all that in mind, I recommend the unit. If it develops issues, I will update this review.

This seems to be a very solidly built little black box. The most important part of the instructions are, you can not have any people or pets around when this is running. It creates O3, ozone, and you should not breathe that in. You can set it to run anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours. The O3 will dissipate within 30 minutes after the auto shut off. It is quiet! I have a musty basement that recently flooded with sewage. Then I had houseguests come. So I ran it for 3 hours in the basement while we slept upstairs. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I have no clue if it worked. I don't know if anything happened. I don't know if anything is different than before. So if you have a scientist in your family, they might be able to tell you what it does and whether or not it is a good idea.

Absolutely necessary for the extraordinary funk of hockey togs. The car trip to the rink was a stench. Wife made me keep them outside between skates. Sweetens the whole hockey closet.

This little ozone generator really pumps out the ozone and knocks out odors. The construction is old school, sturdy metal case and analog dial making it durable and easy to use. I really like the metal handle on the top. You can grab it and move it from room to room if you are doing a whole house purifying. You do need to follow the precautions listed in the manual. Our family is used to an air purifier with an ozone generator. No one here is sensitive to it, so the small amount seeping under the door of the room being sanitized does not bother us. To me it smells like the air after a thunderstorm. But you certainly do not want to be in the room that is being sanitized or have a pet in it. I could not find information in the manual or this listing if there is any maintenance that needs to be done on this unit. The ozone generating plate on our air purifier needs to be cleaned periodically. I don’t know if I need to do anything like that with this unit.

Works perfectly! I love the hold option on the timer button. I have this set up in my warehouse that's a bit musty with a timer that turns on the ozone generator nightly for 30 minutes. When I open the warehouse in the morning, no more musty smell! I love this machine.

This is a very powerful ozone generator. I was not prepared for how powerful. The device itself gets 5 stars because it does exactly what it says it does and it does it very well. The timer works as expected, and it outputs tremendous amounts of ozone.Before you use this, make sure you understand the whole process - the step of ventilating the room afterwards is time consuming and much more difficult if you don't set up for it beforehand. It's not as simple as opening a window - make sure you have fans/hoses to move the air outside.

We live in an old house with a crawlspace. Even though it’s been remodeled we occasionally get stale and musty odors wafting through. So, I got this ozone machine to help sanitize the air. This ozone machine is compact, portable and easy to use. Does a great job of eliminating odors.
