Step 1: Press the rubber roller buckle
Remove the rubber roller:
buckle as shown in the picture, Press and hold the button to move down, Move the rubber roller to the right The old rubber roller can be taken out.
Step 2: Remove the old rubber roller
Hold your finger against the snap switch , push the old rubber roller to the right, The rubber roller can be easily taken out.
Step 3: Install a new rubber roller
Take out the new rubber roller, Put the whole rubber roller on the groove first, Then by rotating the end of the right rubber roller, Align the iron pin at the other end of the rubber roller with the hole. Then push the rubber roller inward.
Step 4: Installation completed
After the iron pin is aligned with the hole, Push the rubber roller to complete the installation

The picture posted is a true depiction of the platen roller. I replaced the damaged roller with the new one. No print issues to report.

The product was delivered very quickly. The printer transfer roller was easy to replace and is very good quality, solving the problem of a damaged printer. It works just as well as a brand new printer. Customer service was also excellent and I would definitely recommend it!
