The grill is solid with impressive stainless steel grates and cooking power. I was expecting high quality given the price. I only have a couple complaints, and they are not related to the seller. The assembly instructions were above average but not perfect. It was obvious they were written in the USA rather than overseas, which was a big plus. There were two drill hole defects in my grill. One of the pedestal pieces had a partially completed drill hole, which caused me to break one of the sheet metal screws (no extras were provided). The stainless sheet metal is tougher than average and harder on the screws. The hose access door was missing a drill hole altogether, and I had already the sheet metal screw meant for that on the pedestal. I taped the access door in place using metal tape for now. I might eventually drill the intended hole, but I doubt it.I've enjoyed this grill for some time now. I'm still relearning how to use a gas grill after using charcoal for 15 years or so. I need to figure out how to clean the grates better. There is a thin stainless metal wind deflector that sits under the burner that i don't think will last. Time will tell. I would advise any buyers (including myself) to abide by the cleaning instructions. I've already got a ton of char that has fallen to the bottom of the grill. The grates are nice but easily allow ground beef to fall between the slats which causes char to pile up on the ceramic briquettes. My old LyfeTime charcoal grill had a diamond grate pattern that held ground beef in place a bit better. Overall I'm happy and will adjust to the idiosyncrasies of this grill in time.

I've used this grill for over a year now. This is the nicest grill I have ever used. Others have used it and say the same thing. I am not sure what more you could ask for. Assembly went as the instructions said it should.
