Like others have stated already, the product you receive is NOT the one pictured. The pictured stacker includes a set screw, enabling attachment to his hat stands. This one is a plain stacker. Avoid.

It does fit properly, but does not have the locking feature shown in picture for tightening with a drum key.

Very compact, waiting for a 6” splash to get here to go on top of the 10” splash. I had enough room to have the felt screwed tighter and fit this on top to reduce sustain. Can also remove the nut for a looser fit.

This device will thread onto your cymbal stand and it has a threaded bolt which allows it to tension onto a non-threaded rod. I'm moving a splash cymbal to my hi hat stand so having the threaded clamp will make that venture work out as I desired. now I wish a manufacturer would consider a cymbal stand where one could attach these type of cymbal holders along a single rod allowing the attachment and tilting of 3 or more cymbals to one rod.
