I have tried them on Several of my hurricane lamps It doesn't fit any of them.The only good thing I guess is I get the wicks but for that price I could have bought wicks

These are noticeably thinner than other burners I've used. I can't say without more time using them if that is going to matter to their lifespan or not, but it may. But it's 2024 not 1824, so I'm not using these all the time, so I'm not entirely sure I care.

The product will not fit a standard #2 oil lamp. It was advertised as 1 3/16 male threads but just drops in the opening and the threads will not catch. I measured the male threads on calipers as 1.150 not 1.1875 as advertised. The female threads are also too small for a #2 lamp.

Product description states inner diameter (male screw) is 4.5 cm but it is 4 cm. My lamp requires 4.5 cm. This replacement is too small and just falls off because it's too small to catch the grooves to screw into the lamp.

We have had an antique oil lamp in our home for years, and we decided to put it to good use by ordering a new 3 Set replacement burner set equipped with a cotton wick and removable metal collar. These DO NOT fit our lamp. The burner set's removable collar will not screw on the lamp even though it is the same size as the one we have. Ours is an antique, so that may be the issue.Beyond that, the metal collar is very poor quality. The metal is thin and flimsy. I was shocked at the difference in the one currently on my lamp and this new one.The cotton wick is heavy and seems to be of better quality.
