PEX crimp fittings

I connected 1/2" copper to 1/2" PEX. Perfect fit. Deburred and smoothed my copper ends and made sure they seated full depth. I cut my PEX even and inserted full depth. Make sure there isn't too much pulling the pipes to the sides. Zero leaks on both fittings. Install is just as easy as sharkbite. It just isn't as forgiving if you are sloppy. Saves a lot of time over sweating copper.

I have a small utility closet with a couple water heaters & wanted to install a outdoor hose bib tying into the water supply line. Due to tight quarters, SOLDERING the necessary joints would have been near impossible and I probably would have burned the building down. Great products! Quick and easy to install. And no leaks!!
