I had it on my BillieBars with an eye bolt and it rusted within couple of weeks. The bolt is flawless and yet the nut has corroded and rusted. I would definitely look elsewhere.

I am currently using these for a very specific purpose, as top cap nuts on vintage Laprade style bicycle seatpost rail clamps. Not what they are intended for, but they work perfectly! High quality, perfectly sized, and very durable!

These are $0.75 each vs $2.30 each from 80/20 and fit the 40 series extrusions perfectly! Threads seem good. Now if they would just make an M5 version to mount linear rails with I’d be set! If you’re looking for M5 for 40 series I ended up ordering from Avid CNC for $0.90 each to mount 20mm linear rails.

These are the perfect size for the T-Slots on a set of Billie Bars for my Jeep Gladiator! Used them to attach a shovel and ax mount to my rack.

These fit perfectly on the 80/20 Inc,40-series aluminum extrusion. They are the right fit unlike some others that do run thicker
