WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Azpresent works closely with global and hand-craft workshop from all over the world to source and curates the trendiest products at the best possible price. Thus, your order can be shipped from China, United States, United Kingdom, Vietnam....via our partnership with FedEx, DHL and USPS

ORDER & TRACKING

When you finish to place your order, you will receive a Order Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 12 hours, your order will be processed, the processing time is 2-5 business days.

You will receive the tracking number when we ship your order. Shipments within the USA take 7 - 15 business days. Typically it takes up to 10 - 20 business days to arrive at an international address. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed. 

Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, it takes longer than usual, please understand that the situation is worldwide and beyond our control. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale or natural disasters, please note that me may not be able to commit 100% order to the normal delivery schedule.

COMPENSATION ON LATE / MISSING ORDERS

If there's a missing order, please let us know via support@tropimart.co. We'll investigate (it usually took 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we got a conclusion.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:
