This is a good part but is pretty cheaply made. I would pay more for a better switch.

They will blow a fuse in the first position because of an internal short. This is my second one. Just absolutely junk.

The switch is a good alternative for limited space applications where a floor or steering column dimmer switch isn't an option. The quality is definitely not OEM standards, it feels cheaply made. Hopefully it will perform well.

The switch is well built and the functions are great. You DO have to figure the wiring out on your own as there are no instructions but it takes 5 minutes to figure the features. As I said the knob is under-whelming at best but a sweet billet fits right on.

This is a great item for the hotrod builders. By the addition of the high/low beam into the switch, eliminating the floor dimmer switch was ideal when floor space is limited.
