I was a little miffed that the delivery company left it on the ground out front of my driveway, secondly there was zero instructions on how to put the chains on. I threw the chains on after watching a video, wasn't all that hard, threw on the roller and decided to have at it where I just took out 75 trees. This thing is a game changer, it's like having a four-wheel-drive zero turn. The service side was definitely lacking, but the product made up for it. They're getting a five star .
