Make sure you understand which is your left and right spring. In the correct position, they work as advertised. If you put them in the wrong position, your garage door will not open and close correctly and the garage door cables won't wind around the bully's. Refer to pictures to help identify left and right tension springs.

These have been working great for over a month. Easy install, no issues.

I followed the steps and they work perfectly. Got the track glide and the door was working like new. On the forth test the motor on the opener burned out. Now that need to be replaced after 7 months of not being able to open my garage. But the springs are great.

Replaced a broken torsion spring, adjusted both to same amount of turns and the garage door opens and closes quietly, no audible high pitch sounds when one torsion spring is pulling a different amount of weight. Motor was several decibels lower also, springs were working as expected. The color coding painted on the ends of the springs didn't match the broken one I was replacing (they were very old) so to verify this info you can check by counting the springs and taking some measurements. I've seen some that suggest a weight test but I'm good trusting the manufacturers info painted on the side. Unfortunately reading that was very difficult, the paint was faded and applied in a way that made the numbers unreadable. I verified by measuring several things but if after watching several videos and reading instructions from the www.

I had a lot of problems finding torsion springs. Ordered a couple from another company that couldn't deliver for at least 30 days. Searched Amazon to find these. This company had it in stock and in my garage in a week.I am not mechanically inclined but this was pretty easy to install. Just be careful. There are a lot of videos on YouTube to show you exactly what to do. These fit perfectly and work even better. I'm glad I went with these.

I replaced the springs myself. Watched a YouTube video for instructions. Everything works perfectly. Great set of springs, everything needed in my shipment. It took me about an hour to disassemble and reassemble as to say would’ve taken less time if I hadn’t turned one of the springs the wrong way 30 times 😬😩🙄🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ But all in all everything worked out and garage was balanced and open and closes with the garage motor.

Oddly enough I have been researching garage door springs and watching videos on replacement recently because I had a feeling my 7 year old springs were going to break. Sure enough, a couple days ago I was in the garage and one did break.I can't comment on quality or how long these are going to last until they break. I can only say that the springs were the correct left and right wound springs and they were the size I ordered. Winding rods were included and the cones were wound into the spring. They included a cheapy center plastic bushing but I already had a metal one that seemed to be in good shape so I threw the plastic away.I had these installed in about 50 minutes and another 10 minutes where I had to back off the tension a couple times because my door had a little too much lift.I had quotes from $360 plus tax to $500 plus tax to have a pro come out and replace. One guy called back and offered to do it for $250 plus tax but he seemed a little shady. I would have had to work a day or 2 to pay for this repair if I had somebody else do it. I'm not building wealth by giving my money to other people

My Wife went to open the garage door via garage door opener and after door was 3/4 way up the left hand spring broke and door crashed down closed and made a terrible noise trying to open it up again. After watching several u tube videos of replacing the springs I ordered this set. The set was very easy to install and worked perfectly as per the video. I was well pleased, except for when the original spring broke it stripped the carriage of the garage door opener (Genie), watched another U tube video and thus ordered a replacement carriage from this same company.
