I have speaker mounts fastened to my mobile DJ console, and they just don't fit my new speakers well...they keep getting stuck! So I got these adapters...they've been a real time saver for me, as I'm not struggling to remove my speakers at load-out.

I needed something to keep my EV top speakers from vibrating off of the two subs they sit on. I had been using a cut off speaker stand tube. It keeps the speaker from falling off, but they still move and spin when you crank the system at an outdoor show.I noticed the sub's speaker pole insert was smaller than the insert on the top speakers, so I ordered these to see if they could solve the problem. The adapters fit over the original speaker pole pieces perfectly. After a little work with a hacksaw, I was able to attach these so the speaker's rubber feet sat flush against the sub.I know that isn't what they are selling these for, but it fits like a glove in my EV EKX15 tops. If you are in need of mounting your speakers, and the stand is a little too loose, these will do the trick.

You're looking at a hole and you're looking at a pole. One's got to go in the other, and it ain't happening. Just whip this out and let nature take its course. I was a little surprised by their weight (but not their girth). Now I like to check out the bung, and these are proper. I ran the screws of both in and out a bunch and they turned smoothly over the whole length. Recommended.

I have to admit I'm not using this exactly as intended. I do have a 35mm speaker stand, but I'm using it at a portable radio antenna mast. These adapters are great at letting me add more mast on top of the stand. They do slip right into the end of the stand and the retaining screw is excellent. The rubber tip is a quality touch that will hold it in place without damaging the tube.
