Not very strong but does the job!

The additional solar panel that comes with it doesn't work at all. Pretty disappointing because I purchased for a multiple day camping trip.EditCustomer service was great and sent a replacement that worked correctly as soon as I let them know about the problem. Can't wait to try it out more this summer.

Don’t waste your money on this solar bug zapper. I bought it thinking it was going to be good and it’s not. I have had it for a week and it’s only killed a few mosquitoes. I even sat there and watched the bugs land on it and not get zapped. Very low quality for what it is. The additional solar panel while I was taking it out and unrolled the wire, the wire popped out from the solar panel and is now useless. The lights that it has on the bottom are great but other than that I wouldn’t buy it and I would not recommend purchasing it.

This is amazing, I'm glad I ran into this product because I never knew these could be portable. I have been using it all week and leave it unplugged with no light, just the zapper on and it lasts at least 8 hours and there are many crisped mosquitoes in there. It is fairly light and charges quickly. The light underneath is pretty nice also, it is bright and has about 3 different hues and is super easy to use, I didnt even need to use the manual, there is one button and changes all settings.

Bugs have been eating us alive this summer, got this product to test it out for next summer.Had it out this weekend, and it worked wonderfully.Hugs were getting zapped and staying in the catch tray. Easy to clean and the lantern feature is also pretty handy.

It's made so much difference in our kitchen, it's caught a lot of tiny flies. It portable so you can take it in any room (once charged). It also comes with quite bright lights which is handy if you are outside but so far we have only used it inside.

Arguably more reliable than one. Lol. Set up was easy. Soooo nice NOT having to change AA batteries & remember to turn it on and off every evening & morning like the Glostiks I had on Subscribe & Save for a while (which worked but had multiple addl issues btwn the poor quality & design & not being able to buy refills w/o purchasing new sets). The solar sensor on this one detects sundown & sunrise no matter the season & so far, hasn’t killed any gekkos, which were unintended victims of the sticky Glostiks. The crackle when it fries insects is quite audible, almost startling, so you know it’s working. I eventually took the bottom catch tray off & just let the dead bugs fall to the ground making it truly a Set it & Forget it effective bug zapper.
