These are Okay. They will work fine. BUT they are not so round and fluffy as last set. They were compressed and are oval like a flying saucer. After opened puffing a bit but not near true round. This often means they more quickly water log. the lighter and fluffier the better, the rounder the better.

I have found that these work great. I actually put them in my strainer basket and squeeze them out. I’ve tried washing them using Dawn dish soap but they never totally regain their absorbency. I purchase extras and just replace every couple months.

I put two in my hot tub and they did exactly what they say they would do. Helps prevent scum, oil and foam build up. So glad I ordered them. Keep them floating on top. If they get too much water in them just squeeze out the water because when they are floating they are working best.

They worked ok, not as well as scum balls I had purchased at the pool store. There were enough of them that when they got really dirty I just put a new one in and pitched the old one.
