After ordering an extra handset for a third time we figured out why it was saying "base no power". The phone will only allow six handsets to be registered and even though we discarded two old handsets previously, they were still registered to the base unit so we had to figure out how to unregister the old handsets. Hoping this will help someone else who is having the same problem!

I did everything that was necessary and it still doesn’t work. I did the locate button it didn’t work. I then tried the menu # 130 locate button then ok. I then tried resetting the base and the handset. Did the same sequence and it still didn’t work. I contacted Panasonic 3 days ago and still no response.

This is my landline phone and it is very simple and perfect. It has a big phone book and does everything you need a phone to do. I recommend it.

I haven't been able to 'pair' this phone to my Panasonic base unit as yet. I hope to try again later today. If it doesn't 'pair', I will be returning the unit.

Todo lo que anuncian sobre este equipo es cierto. Funciona de maravilla. Le añadimos extensiónes para un total de cinco teléfonos.Tenía dudas sobre las extensiones y si eran compatibles , funcionan perfectamente.
