Your cart is empty.LUMIX S 35mm F1.8 is a large-diameter prime lens compatible with all L-mount cameras for maximum versatility. It features a common size and position of control parts with the other series of F1.8 lenses (S-S85, S-S50, S-S24 and this S-S35), with a center of gravity that is almost the same, so it is easy to exchange lenses quickly with minimum balance adjustment when the camera is on a gimbal. They all feature rugged dust/splash-resistant* design and common filters can be used thanks to the same diameter. The descriptive performance of these lenses is also consistent. S-S35 is comprised of 11 lens elements in 9 groups including 3 aspherical lenses and 3 ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) lenses. The 3 aspherical lenses realize both high descriptive performance and beautiful bokeh, while the ED lenses effectively suppress chromatic aberration, making the lens suitable for landscapes, snapshots, and portraits. The minimum focusing distance of 0.24m allows it to be used for close-up shots. This is one of the best Panasonic lenses on the market. It's sharp and really good for pictures or video. I think it should be on your list for one of the first lenses you buy for the S5II, S9, and any future Panasonic cameras.

This Panasonic Lumix 35mm L-mount lens for the Lumix S5 series cameras is truly exceptional. Very sharp at all apertures, fast and accurate autofocus, great balance. The Lumix F1.8 series are all excellent lenses. Collect them all!

I already own the 24mm, 50mm, and 85mm lenses from the same collection. In my assessment, this 35mm lens performs comparably to the others. While there may be some opinions suggesting otherwise on some review sites, I find my copy to be of excellent quality and sharp corner to corner.

I picked this lens up for shooting studio chroma key. It has been excellent. All shots were takes on the first day. With an f of 1.8 you can dial down your lights and still get great separation. This has made set up and post much faster for me practically paying for the lens. I am looking forward to outside shots with this lens.

I’m loving Lumix’s new line of fixed focal length lenses. I have the 50mm and the 35mm. The 35mm is my favorite, wide enough for indoor shots but perfect for outdoor shots as well. Crisp images and LIGHT-weight.

It doesn’t have built-in lens stabilization but I think it doesn’t need it. AF performance is OK, might perform better on an S5II.I’m not a pro but I could certainly say the output of this lens is fantastic. It’s almost clinically perfect to my eyes, bokeh is great since it’s for a full frame sensor. Since it looks so perfect it kinda doesn’t have much of a character but I guess that’s the point for modern lenses.

This lens give great results using it with my S5. The images are tack sharp. The focus is smooth and predictable. I’d be happy with this lens at a higher cost. Given its reasonable price it’s a real winner.

Takes video and some pictures with S5. Mostly autofocus. Works great, quiet.I liked:Excellent autofocus in video.Not noisy.Amazing quality.Lightweight.Fast Shipping.....I did not like:High price compared to 85 and 50 lumix.No stabilizer (not that it matters).

I ordered the 35mm and first received an 85mm the return process was horrible. Even though I returned the wrong lens the next day it took a month before I received a refund for it. I ordered the lens again and thankfully received the correct one second try. Now on to the lens itself. It's a great addition for my S5 and works great. If you haven't tried one of the prime lenses yet you need too. They look amazing and are all pretty much the same size and weight so if your using a gimbal these make it that much easier. This lens is a perfect addition for any Lumix S camera.
