Whether you’re are trying to get back in shape or just trying to do some push ups you will eventually feel pain in the wrist and it will hold you back. This helps keep the pressure off the wrists so you can do your sets cleanly. They also let you get deeper on those push ups which is nice. Overall the product performs as you would want it so I’m giving this one a 5/5.

These might be pretty simple, but they are great for any calisthenics workout or trying to increase your depth for you pushups. The wood is very smooth without any areas that splinter. It also comes with material to wrap around the handles (like seen in the pic) if you want a bit more grip and stability, but I really like using it without it.

Simple design and a space saver. I love these so much because I can tuck them away and they save space. They come with wrap and pads so you can do it as you like, I almost went with bare wood because it was soft and I liked the feeling of nothing on the grip, but alas I went with the wrap and pads for a little comfort on my hands with my daily routine. Great addition and if you are doing pushups on the ground these are a must have being able to get lower down in the push-up motion. Love the aesthetic of the wood, much better than alternatives.

I think the dimensions on the ad copy got poorly translated from SI to Imperial. My grips measure as follows:Dowel: 7.875" x 1.125"Overall length with base: 8"Height: 3"Base width: 3.625"Support thickness: 1.1875"Distance between supports: 5.625"Plenty big for all but monster mitts. The parallettes are screwed tightly together, but unfinished. Well sanded, but unsealed. They came with a roll of tape like wound wrap tape to wrap the grips, and a set of adhesive backed rubber feet to put on the bases. I appreciate they didn't come pre-installed because that makes it easier for me to seal the wood in the finish of my choice.I'm a larger dude, and they showed no sign of flexing under my considerable mass.

These don’t rotate and they aren’t made of some high tech material, they are simple wooden handles for doing push ups and they get the job done with no fuss.

While these are fairly good quality and are quite sturdy, they require some assembly with the black strip around the handle and the anti-slip pads on the bottom. My husband had to assemble these parts himself, so the final quality of the product really depends on the purchaser/user! However, They are very sturdy and appear to function just as advertised. I would recommend this product if the user is okay with assembling the last portion himself/herself.

These push up bars are pretty cool! Made of real wood and could be painted or customized to your liking. It does come with a cheap wrap to put on the bars, but I would recommend maybe buying some tennis grip.Overall, its a good option and works for simple calisthenics.

My husband loves these. He's in his mid-fifties, and normal push-ups hurt his wrists. These make push-ups so much more comfortable for him to do during his daily workouts. He is very pleased. They are made of lightweight wood, so they are very light.
