It will only fit OEM T56 with 27 spline output shaft. Not for aftermarket T56 with 31 spline,,, just make sure before you order it

While I don't like that the seal doesn't have the metal flange around the outside like the original one on my 1995 Camaro, this one still worked perfectly. My leak has stopped and I now don't need to worry about running my T-56 dry.The install was pretty simple. You just need something about the same size as the outer edge of the seal to tap it in with. Try to be careful to drive it in straight or it will get stuck.The only concern I have is if/when I need to remove it, I will probably have to use the drill and screw method to remove it, rather than just pry on the flange.

This is the correct seal to use for a T56 to avoid leaks on the output shaft.
