It does not fit perfectly. There was a gap between the fender and the wheel well.Also, not all the holes align with the old holes.

Bought a car, it was missing the inner fender liner.Which threw plenty of mud, dirt and grime up into the front drivers door housing.Bought this, which was very easy to install, with the additional purchase of the needed clips.Now it stays in place and i do not get any of that dirt, mud and rocks thrown up into the door jam.Was well worth buying and would do it again if it was needed.
