I HAVE A POLICE INTERCEPTOR AND A TRAILBLAZER OF WHICH THEY BOTH HAVE TINTED GLASS. I CONFIGURED THE ORIGINAL ONES OF THESE ONTO THE LICENSE PLATE HOUSING NOT TO DRILL HOLES IN MY CARS. I TIED THEM INTO THE REVERSE WIRING (VERY EASY) TO GIVE ME MORE LIGHT WHEN BACKING. HERE IS THE DEAL, I HAD ONE GO OUT SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER SET. WELL THE MANUF, DID AWAY WITH THE SOLDER IN HI OUTPUT LED DIODES AND WENT TO THE CHEAP CHIP TYPE. NOT NEARLY AS BRIGHT AS MY ORIGINALS FROM 2017! YEAH THEY WORK BUT I LOST LIGHT. BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF THE LICENSE PLATE FRAME THIS IS ABOUT AS BIG AS YOU CAN GO. SHAME THE CHINA GUYS WENT THE CHEAP EASY WAY.

Can’t wire more then 2 of these inline. Huge pain. Maybe that is publicized somewhere but gosh what a nightmare. Also wouldn’t sure in line with other lights. 12v DC marine

They work great and bright, put in boat all around and lights up great. Wish the pig tail was a little longer though, but will work.

they come with a hole screw on each end to screw mount them. there is also a rubber back that is kind of cheesy but seems to work O.K. used in my rod box on my boat & under dash on port & starboard side. not real brite but enough to get by.

So far these lights are perfect. I used these to replace led strip lights that are complete garbage. I have read some reviews about these particular lights cracking and going out. I will update this review if I have any future problems. However, they seem to be good quality and are very bright. I also read on here that these were not very bright, I have to disagree.Edit: It's been 3 years now since I installed my lights and I have had NO issues with them. I would recommend spending a little more on the wire you use to run them though. I bought some cheaper wire on Amazon and some of that has corroded and been replaced. But zero issues with the lights themselves. Great product! 👍👍👍👍👍New edit 2023: The brand TC Auto screenshotted my picture from this review and put it on their product page on Amazon as "their product."I think it says a lot about these lights that other brands are stealing pictures from them and claiming it as theirs.These lights are still in good working condition, however; a couple LEDs have finally went out (but not the whole light), and for some reason the white lights are still clear, but the blue ones have oxidized a bit and now have a yellow haze on them (like headlights do). The oxidation does NOT effect the brightness of the lights at all. Not sure why, but the oxidation has only happened on the blue ones. The couple LEDs that went out also do not seem to effect the brightness of the lights. You can only tell when you look at them.
