Everything was fine until a couple months of use. The back pad fell off while I was riding without passenger. Unfortunately now it's a hard bar to sit against.

I'm using this on a Honda Sabre VT1300CS. It looks great, but I had to bend all the tabs and the bars until I got it perfect for my fender. I expected this as it is built for a different bike.

This item fits perfectly. I don't know if the other people know how to install it but there are crosshairs under the fender to show you were to drill. Yes you have to take the fender off and drill into it to install this item. It took me about 30 minutes total. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because you have to screw into the pad to mount the pad on the bar. It has wood in the pad so the screws will hold it. No a deal breaker for me.
