some reason my vin number shows up as a astro van extended but its just a 99 astro van and looks exactly like picture in there picture.....window was way to large if you have 99 chevy astro van dont get it waste of money and time!

I don't know if I was sent the wrong glass or what but this one is a full 1/4 inch too wide. I can get it in if I remove the right side guide inside the door but then the window won't roll all the way up and I can't get the guide reinstalled because the glass goes all the way to the metal on the right side. It should be 1/4 inch smaller on the width so that it can go inside the guide.I went to a junkyard and pulled a passenger side window for my 2004 Chevy Astro myself. It is thicker, not as wide and has a angled notch on that right side so you can easily angle it in. This NAGD glass is thinner, too wide and doesn't have the angled notch.I saw in the reviews that at least one other Astro owner said this window fit. Either they rigged it to work (I don't see how unless they altered the glass) or they were sent a different glass.
