Worked perfectly for the 2015 explorer I need it for and install is easy. I do recommend reaching in from top and pulling tabs up on old one with a pic.

I had a cracked mirror but the housing was fine. I was told I could replace the entire mirror but trying to make sure I got the right one was infuriating. I came across this and for the price I was willing to take a chance. Once I figured out what part of the cracked mirror needed to pop out, the installation of this replacement was so easy. It has held up for weeks and looks/works great.

It fit my 2014 explorer. It snapped into place but when I closed the door (after testing it by rotating the mirror) it came off and broke 🙄
