Very easy to use!! Not as easy to clean as the description says. It’s still worth it! We will never go back to store bought noodles.

No reason to biy the expensive name brand one, this works just fine USE LOTS OF FLOUR if u don't want it to stick. Other than that I've used this 3 times and am in love

My niece and I had a lot of fun making pasta using the accessories sold by KitchenAid. She really wanted to make pasta again when she was at home, and I thrilled to find this mixer accessory at a fraction of the cost of mine! This one worked great both flattening the dough and then cutting it into either spaghetti or fettuccine. Besides the cost, the feature I like the best is that it combines the roller and 2 cutters into a single attachment. This means that you don't have to roll all the dough, and then cut all the pieces. Instead once your dough is rolled sufficiently, it can go right into the cutter (instead of detaching and then attaching the different pieces). This is a significant advantage. The unit seems very sturdy and worked exactly as I had hoped.

This pasta maker attachment fit well into my Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, and was able to roll out pasta dough and cut it into strips.It seemed like the materials were a bit flimsy, and on the light side. It makes me wonder how log it'll last and how many uses I'll get out of it.Clean-up was fairly quick and easy.For now, I'm happy with this item, and would recommend it, although perhaps with reservations.
