Immediately this began staining anything it touched, before Iād even moistened it for use. Fortunately I moistened it in a separate container from my usual basket reeds, and it bled into the water badly. I soaked and rinsed several times, and there was a lot of dye that leeched out. What I was left with was sort of a faded orange- brown. Not what I expected or wanted for my project.
