Had issues with shipping, but this company made it right by re-sending the rocking chairs after they got lost in shipping. The furniture is great quality and very comfortable.

In particular about cushions. These seat cushions are sturdy. The cushions have Velcro tires so there’s no sliding. We purchased the great cushions and they will hide the dirt. Putting the set together takes patience, but well worth It. The sofa easily fits 3 adults. This set is as nice as much more expensive ones we’ve purchased.

This set replaced my deck set that cost 3x what these cost. They took me some time to assemble, though assembly wasn’t complicated (a second pair of hands would have made it a lot easier). Bottom line, they look great and appear to be very good quality. My only regret is that I purchased the 5 piece set instead of the 7 piece.

After looking at a lot of reviews and searching several stores, we decided to give this set a go. I was a little nervous because I knew returning it would probably be a hassle if it was damaged or we decided we didn’t like it, but that was never an issue once we received it and started building it. The packing was impeccable - even though the boxes got beat up in shipping everything was padded and protected. This set is amazing! The quality and weight of both the frames and the cushions and covers are just incredible. If you have been shopping for outdoor furniture and have felt the quality of some at the stores selling for much higher $$, you will not be disappointed if you get these, at least not if you have the same experience I did! The building process is quite tricky but isn’t any furniture these days? All the tools were provided and all of the Screws nuts and bolts were well labeled. Take your time and look at the directions all the way through before you start so you get the sense of what you are going to do. I built these alone and I am a 53-year-old man.The constructive criticisms I might add are that I paid extra to get the rockers and I wouldn’t call these rockers. They do wiggle a little bit but not like a glider or chairs with a curved rail foot. Had I known that in advance. I probably would’ve gotten the swivel chairs and paid less for them. I also would put Velcro straps on the upper cushions instead of just the lower ones to keep them in place on windy days. But we are going to cover the set anyways so that really doesn’t matter.Overall, we are thrilled with this furniture set and can’t wait to begin using it with the warmer weather approaching. The cushions are very thick and comfortable feeling, and the little coffee table add-ons for the Ottomans are perfect!

UPDATE:I contacted the company, followed their instructions with an email and pictures and I had the replacement parts within 5 days. The response time for the parts was so much faster than I expected. The sofa is just as nice as the chairs. I assembled it within a couple hours on my own. All of the cushions are very comfortable, and quality fabric.I’ll start by saying I love this set. It is sturdy, very well packaged, everything I was looking for. I’m 65 yrs young and was able to assemble both chairs on my own. It would have taken less time if I had help but, it was doable.The ONLY reason I gave it a 2 star is because I received two of the same back pieces for the sofa. They are marked E and F but they can’t be put together correctly. I called the 800 number and was told to send photos to the email listed in the instructions. I’ve done that and waiting on a response at this point. I will gladly change my review depending on their response.

a pain to put together, but manageable. seems sturdy/good quality. however the color is NOT as advertised...so we're kinda f'd, as it doesn't match the rest of our red stuff.
