Product listing specifically says that it supports kibble size up to 20mm. I have 15mm kibble and it jams this machine. When you look at the manual it says 12mm is max. Max of 20mm is printed on the box and on this product page. Get your act together! So bad!

Product was sufficient for two weeks and completely stopped working . Had to keep resetting feed schedule until it no longer recognized any programming I did to set up for a schedule . Not worth the money .

I bought this specifically for larger kibble that was getting stuck in a previous feeder. Upon opening the box, the actual recommendation on food size is 5-12mm. My kibble is larger, I'll see how it goes. It was easy to set up on wifi. However after finding it unplugged with no notifications I found that the notification for device offline is defaulted to off, so I didnt know for a few days. There are no other notification settings that I can see. Not impressed so far. Also watch the price, it changes a lot.

I was able to set this feeder up easily and it works great. When the food starts dispensing my cats will rouse from sleep and run to the bowl! The automatic feeder can provide your cats with up to 8 meals a day, with a maximum of 20 portions per meal. The pet-safe design, dual power supply, and dishwasher-safe stainless steel bowl make it a reliable and convenient choice. My cats love this new feeder, no more late meals waiting for me to get home! Highly recommend!
