Yeah they are USB 3.0 and USB C it all works! But don't expect to get the speeds you would expect!The most I got from transferring a movie to a flash drive is 15MB/s. So it's like USB 2.0 +.So it works but if you're looking for the rated speeds look elsewhere

no trouble installing it what so ever, booted up the computer and now i got plenty of USB ports. now days everything uses USB so you can never have enough

I built a pc, need more usb 3 slots. This worked good and gives me.more usb slots.

Started working intermittently and start to copy files to an external hard drive then it just stops try on another PC same issue check drivers etc etc The card decides to just stop if you have to pull any kind of power for an external hard drive it will die would not recommend.

Installed this to access a Lacie USB C external drive. While it was connected to either USB C port the drive was continuously dropping out. Added a converter and plugged it into a USB 3 port and it worked fine. It is in a server and the external drive is a backup drive so I did not explore any support or return options.

There was nothing I didn't like about this board. Very well made and had no issues on install and boot. I was looking for more USB direct connection ( not thru a hub ). This solved a small issue I was having with a new keyboard and mouse. I would recommend this board to a friend,
