The Pedaltrain Classic 2 SC is simply packed and easy to unpack. Comes with plenty of Velcro for bonding pedals to the board, and has nice clearance for wiring. Holds the 13 pedals I have in my working setup nicely in place so I don’t have to worry about them sliding away from me during a performance.

My old PedalTrain Jr had the plastic zipper case that failed. I needed the larger Classic 2 and it arrived with the Deluxe case, which I’ve not seen available for UK delivery anywhere online (US buyers get the Deluxe case by default now). The board itself is excellent as with my Jr model, but now has the open back design. A great, robust product and now far more road worthy with the deluxe case.

I love this new Powertrain pedalboard. It's well made, and with the added velcro tape, it does a great job of holding all my pedals, with room for more. And my power supply fits underheath nicely, with the addition of a set of brackets I had to purchase. The size on this one is what really attracted me to it. It's 12.5 by 24 inches, and fits perfectly in the space I have for it. I could have saved a bunch of money and gotten another pedal board that was 22 inches wide, but I really wanted that extra two inches. I certainly paid for that extra width by a much higher price. And for me, that nice case it came with is useless, since I will never travel with the pedal board. Again, a cheaper board with no case would have been better. But despite the higher price for this unit, I am very happy with it. Looks much spiffier than the wooden one I made a few years ago.

I made a mistake. I tried a cheap, no name pedalboard for a pretty large build. Immediate regret. My supply didn’t fit. That board was poorly built. I had to bend a tab if I had any hope of fitting a supply in the other board, and the tab broke under very little pressure .So I went with Pedaltrain and will do so again if I ever need another board or a board of a different size. This is a quality product, and what I should have started the build with in the first place. My TrueTone CS12 fits well and handily powers the full board. Cable organization was pretty easy. Plenty of Velcro was provided, and the case is excellent.I’m not obsessed with super clean/neat builds, so I am not going to post a photo as I don’t want to do a disservice to a quality product.I kept the cheap board as an experimental board, but the Pedaltrain is where it’s at.

There are a lot of reviews on here saying the bag isnt big enough or that it doesnt fit with pedals on it but im not seeing that. I was able to get the full rig in the bag. I will say that I dont trust the bag enough to send my pedal board through the airport or something without some additional packing but its otherwise fine. There is a nice sized side pocket for cables and ties. The board itself is a pretty standard aluminum frame pedal board. Larger enough to hold 8+ pedals depending on size that are secured to the board using 3M Velcro tape which it applied to the board and to the pedals themselves. Its sturdy enough to keep them in place but still conveniently does not require a screwdriver every time you want to add or remove a pedal. The only downside of this unit is where its made but that most things these days.

This a solid pedal board. It has space underneath for a power supply. It's big so only purchase if you need space for a lot of pedals. For a large pedalboard which fits more than ten pedals, this is the best choice. If you don't have many pedals, keep in mind you'll be lugging around a 10 pound board in addition to the rest of your equipment. If you only have a couple pedals, save yourself some money and buy a small board. For my purposes as a gigging musician with a large rig, this works great.

I wanted something sturdy, yet light and compact, to accommodate a number of pedals that I mostly use for recording. This fit the bill perfectly. I attached a Truetone power supply beneath it as demo'd on YouTube and it makes for a very clean pedalboard with easy power connections to the pedals. The Velcro tape that is provided with this board fits perfectly and makes adding and removing pedals fairly simple, in my case, where I might want to remove or add pedals for live performance instead of just recording purposes. It comes with a soft case which makes it lighter and easier to move. Open, take out the board with the pedals attached, plug in power supply, and go!!! The design is straightforward and simple, making connecting pedals and rearranging them as needed very convenient and easy too. Light, sturdy, easy to use, and accommodating is what I wanted and that is exactly what I got with this Pedaltrain board.

The Pedaltrain is a bit pricey, but it keeps everything well organized and I have room for a few more pedals. I don't gig, but the board is solid and light, and the soft case seems sturdy enough for someone who will travel with their pedals. I purchased industrial strength velcro to mount my pedals, and i mounted my Donner power supply to the bottom of the board using velcro with no issues. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, and my wife is happy that the area in front of my amp is no longer a rat's nest of cables and daisy chained pedals.

When I received this board, I was very excited. It cleaned up my gear and helped boost my image on stage. It was sturdy and well made. The case was great, but I was slightly disappointing because it didn't have a pocket. It was fine because I sew one on the front and back. The main thing that took this from five stars to four was the mounting of the power supply. I got my board a day before a performance, so when I realized that the BRACKETS THAT HOLD THE POWER SUPPLY ON THE BOTTOM weren't included. Sure, it only costs fifteen dollars for the metal, but when you drop $150 on the product, you'd assume they would include a very widely used part! So I had my power suppy on the floor a few inches from the board. During intermission, someone accedentally kicked it and damaged it. Obviolsly PedalTrain isn't complettly at fault, but you could see why i'm a little displease.Otherwise, the board and case are great. Recommended.
