Printing Process of DTF Printer

Please prepare DTF film,DTF ink,DTF powder, DTF printer in advance before starting your pattern transfer

  • Step1: Print image on PET film
  • Step2: Put on DTF powder and shake well
  • Step3: When the temperature has reached the set temperature 150℃, put in the PET film
  • Step4:Bake untill hot melt power melts. (Baking is complete when the alarm is sounded,For sheets with large images and / or a lot of ink coverage, we recommend opening the cover, rotate the sheet 180°, and then heat for another 20 s. )
  • Step 5 : Heat press your design
