This sharpener is advertised to sharpen jumbo crayons, my reason for ordering this sharpener. Only the tip of a new jumbo crayon will fit in the sharpener head. Base of the crayon is much larger than the hole.

Sharpens regular and colored pencils really easily. Small, cute, functional, good quality for the price. I’ll definitely repurchase if it breaks but it doesn’t seem easy to break.
