I should have read the reviews, this should be advertised a s a great way to dirty your fish tank. This product works horribly! It just melted into the rocks at the bottom of the tank and made the tank stink horribly. I had just cleaned and boom. 7 days later I'm cleaning it again because of these filthy tablets

When I tried it, it just clumped at the bottom and messed up the water.I talked to the pet store, and they said don't use these, the fish are more likely to die from the clouding the water than from starvation.

I did not read carefully. I wanted 7 day tropical fish feeder blocks. These are for Betta. So usless to me..passed them along to my friend who has a Betta. Read carefully.
