This works OK once you get the packaging off. The cheap plastic packaging is fastened in quite tightly, but also snaps easily and cuts fingers. You will need a multi-tool to remove it. The outer wall has broken on a couple of these for me, so I’ll look for a different one next time.

I believe this would work great to protect wheels which have a big enough lug nut area to accommodate the plastic sleeve, but unfortunately my aftermarket wheels were too small. I ended up getting rid of the plastic sleeve and wrapping tesa tape around the socket. This modification has worked great for protecting my aftermarket wheels.

Seemed like a good quality product but the plastic sleeve was to thick to allow socket to reach nut. Had to order a different one from another brand and gave this to a neighbor. Specifically used on SS golf cart wheels

The item looked new when it arrived. It seems well made but I've only used it to remove and mount my wheels once. So durability remains unknown.

I bought a new set of wheels, and didn’t want to scratch them so I got this socket. Works great. The white sleeve with time deteriorate depending on use. But for the price I’ll just buy another instead buying a new wheel

la pintura dorada llego muy maltratada con varios rayones asi que no creo que dure mucho, aunque es solo estetico, de ahi en fuera cumple con su funcion

Ok just my opinions but-For my home needs and to protect my black jeep wheels, it's perfect-Overall with the plastic sleeve this may be too large for some and not really thin wall-And because it is thin wall, I would say this is for home use only and not really a tire shop daily use, the thin wall will break soon enough-But for me and light home user 3-4 times a year = PERFECT
