This was reasonably easy to install -- I'm a 69-YO DIY homeowner, and had no trouble with it. It seems very solid, and had no trouble with my lightweight 32" TV. I haven't weighed the set, but I'd guess it's about 20 pounds or so. It fit easily on the back of my TV, with no need for the extension arms on the mounting plate. I like the fact that you only need one stud to install it instead of two (which are never where you'd like them to be!). I did have to put it on the stud next to the one I first chose, because there was only 15" between the first stud and the wall corner. That wouldn't have been enough room for the TV to sit flat against the wall. But this mount provided plenty of flexibility to adjust the screen where I want it.

This was everything I needed. Very easy to install. Pretty good instructions. Seems to be well made. Very good choice for a less expensive option. Will buy again.
