Great company to work with. I had ordered a set of 4 for my sister in law’s engagement party. There was a small mistake with the first order so I reached out to the company to see if there was anything they could do about it. They answered very quick and said they would make me new ones. They were super polity and helpful. I ended up getting my order just in time for the party :)I 100% recommend these. Super cute, affordable and they look expensive. Great gift !!! I ordered the coasters and cutting board to give as a set for my son and fiancee's wedding shower. What a hit! Everyone loved the set. This truly is a perfect wedding gift--personalized, high quality materials, and beautiful art. There was initially a problem with the "H" on the coasters and inconsistent ink color (if it is ink) ranging from light to dark brown, so I was disappointed that the coasters didn't match. The seller quickly offered to make a replacement set and personally ensure quality would be excellent. She called to follow up to be sure I was satisfied (who does that nowadays?). She bends over backwards to make sure customers are 100% satisfied. Truly the sweetest lady and best customer service I've received! Don't hesitate to order from her. This product is an A+!

Absolutely Beautiful! I used the personalized coasters as party favors for our Housewarming celebration. The quality of the coasters was a 5. The engraving was precise and detailed. This would be a perfect gift to give for newlyweds, new home owners, etc. I ordered 11 of them as I wanted to give them as party favors and to keep some for our home. Everyone loved them! It was worth the money if you want to give an exclusive & thoughtful gift or party favor. They arrived within the 2 days as promised. The cost for expedited shipping was worth it! I would absolutely order from this company again and would recommend to others. 5 stars all the way!
