The first coat sent was a Medium, when I ordered a Large. I contacted the company and they had me send a picture of the coat and of the packing slip. They owned their mistake and were very polite. They sent me out another coat immediately. The garment is high quality fabric and made very well.

After many years, I needed to obtain a new (clean!!) lab coat.The coat that arrived was very well constructed, and my name and credentials were perfectly embroidered. Since I have been in medicine for almost 40 years, this will probably be the last lab coat I purchase!

The embroidery is not like the images. The pictures are deceiving. I paid for embroidery on two different coats. The letters are so tiny and sloppy, they are not legible. The logo looks like a blob of string. The embroidery has loose strings. Poor quality. Do Not Purchase this. This is not refundable if embroidered.

I got a jacket for my Halloween costume as a mad scientist and couldn't be happier with the quality. I paid $50 for this plus a few extra for some props and I I would have paid twice that around Halloween time for a crummy costume of zero quality.
