Ordered the padfolio for a college graduation gift. USPS lost the package in the mail. We reached out to the seller honestly not expecting them to be able to fix USPS problem. The seller went ABOVE and beyond to apologize for a problem that wasn't theirs as well as expedite ship us a new product without any questions asked. Once the padfolio arrived in the mail, we were very pleased with how high quality it was. The perfect graduation gift!

For a customized product, amazed could arrive so quickly. The monogramming is larger than ideal (not able to change) but the gray binder with black lettering looks good. Gift for a 40 year old male.

Really nice looking gift for the price. I ordered four of these for my team at work, two in calligraphy print and 2 in alamo print. The calligraphy print was nice and clean; very professional. However the alamo print appeared chipped upon arrival, to the point that I did not feel comfortable giving those two. Be mindful of your font choice! Nice quality pad folio for the price. Very happy with 2/4 pad folios.Update: changed review to 5 stars based on excellent customer service and willingness to refund two padfolios with chipped text. Reordered in calligraphy print and now im good to go. Gorgeous and fast shipping!

I ordered two of these. One black and one red. Both were monogrammed. They are gifts for twin boys who just started college.These are high quality. The zipper works very well and I’m so impressed with the monogram job. The black and silver works well. And the red with black print is gorgeous. They are vegans and I’m extra happy that I could find a good quality “leatherette “. Thanks so much.
