The cap is good it’s has springs that hold it down. The springs are week. The previous version of the cap screwed down tight. With the springs the cap flexes

Using this on an Ignitor II system / SBF-289. I deducted a star due to limited color choices and lack of positive "lock" on distributor. The product functions quite well, I'll order again when it's time.

You can actually use this on the Marine distributor but cutting the hold down screws off, making the holes a bit bigger and reusing the Marine screws.
