I love this bag for carrying my dog on the subway.l and into stores. The size is perfect for her, the fabric is thick and durable. I bought a different one for my other dog and regret not purchasing a second one of these.

Carrier is very awkward to get the dog in and doesn't feel secure. There's no airflow so I wouldn't use it in a warmer weather.

A little too small of a strap, they need to make it adjustable and longer. But, I will definitely give them credit for comfort and it's made very well!!! Wish I could use it!

I have an 11 pound dog who loves to be held. The husband spoiled him rotten. I decided he needed something like this since he gets heavy after a while or I need both hands. I like the size. He's easy to get in it and I want him to be able to lay or sit comfortably, but feel the balance can get off a bit. Love the thick strap, but it doesn't adjust enough. I'm 5'2 so even with it all the way up, he hangs below my hip. There's just not enough strap that adjusts. I prefer him above the hip. I kept it for now since the last 2 I got weren't big enough and figured this will do for now, but I'm not crazy about it.

The strap is comfortable but not overly long. I am 5 foot 4 inches and have not shortened it. My puppy weighs 7.5 lbs and fits perfectly. I wold like a couple of velcro fasteners along the top to hold her in. One halfway back and one 2/3 of the way back. She rides with her head and one paw sticking out. Overall this is a great pouch.
